I learned actions or behaviour with the intention of bringing about predetermined results with maximum certainty
Define ability
Inherited from your parents abilities of stable traits to determine an individual potential to learn or acquire a skill

The basic to complex continuum

Define an open skill
A school which is performed in a certain way to deal with changing or unstable environments

Define closed skill
A skill which is not affected by their environment or performance within it
Tends to be done the same way each time

Define self paced skill
The school is started when the performer decides to start it
The speed rate or pace of the skill is controlled by the performer

Define externally paced skill
The school is started because of an external factor

A school that involves big movements of the body and use of large muscle groups
Tend to not rely on accuracy and precision

A skill that involves more precise movements and the use of small muscle groups
