A form of physical activity which maintains or improves health/physical fitness

The ability to meet demands of the environment
What is performance?
How well a task is completed
Taking part in an activity to the best of ones ability

What is cardiovascular endurance?
The ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time
What describes cardiovascular endurance?
The effienciy of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to working muscle tissue so that prolonged physical work out can be maintained
What is muscular strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
What is muscular endurance?
The ability to use the voluntary muscles many times without getting tired
What is flexibility?
The range of movement possible at a joint
What is body composition?
The percentage of body weight that is fat, muscle and bone
