What is a postictal HA

What is a hypertensive encephalopathy and causes
FLAG >180/>120
- HA associated w sudden rise in BP
- Hypertension may cause cerebral edema
Causes– Malignant hypertension, Pheochromocytoma, acute exercise, allergies
What is a cloital HA and red flag for it
Dull bilateral HA during sexual activity/orgasm
