- light aerobic activity 10-15mins
- sport specific training, 30-45mins
- Non contact prac

S+S of post conc syndrome and management
-decreased attention, headaches, blurred vision , irritability
management- no definitive treatment, treat symptoms
Subconjunctival hemorrhage S+S/ treatment
- ruptured capillaries
- no treatment needed
Hyphema S+S/ treatment
- Blunt trauma causes hemmorage
- Activate EMS
Detached retina S+S/ treatment
- sudden occurrence of new floaters
- patch both eyes
Zygomatic fracture S+S/ Treatment
- cheek appears flat/depressed, double vision
- ice/ immediate referal
Orbital Blowout S+S
-impact from blunt object at eye, numbness below eye
Mandibular Fracture S+S/ Treatment
- Common at mandibular angle/ condyles.
- inability to open mouth
- ice/ immediate referal
Maxillary Fracture`
- appearence of longer face, nasal bleeding
