Care: rest until symptom resolution (5-10 min), test ROM/strength/skills

Sign: neck pain, bilateral, upper/lower extremity findings
Care: immediate referral, safe equipment removal, stabilize neck/head

Sign: headache, nausea, fatigue, irritability, dizzy, gait change, LOC, slow
