what is the typical clinical feature of hashimoto thyroiditis ?

A

hypothyroidism + goitre- firm non tender + anti-TPO

combination of a goitre with hypothyroidism points to a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s. De Quervain’s thyroiditis typically causes a painful goitre.
