A
- most common genetic disorder, autosomal dominant
- bleeding time increased, normal platelets, APTT prolonged
- vWF promotes platelet adhesion, carrier molecule fact VIII(measured by APTT)
- 3 types
- defective platelet aggregation with ristocetin
