if early stages (1a-small local)- wide local excision

if later >1a - radical vulvectomy and bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy (many have LN mets)
-> has a lot of morbidity because of oedema/VTE

if cant surgery - then radiotherapy

stage 1a- lesion <2cm , local
1b- >2cm, local

2- any size with extension to local stuctures (urethra, vagina, anus), LN -ve
3-any size with extension to local areas, LN +ve
