What is mechanical/manual guidance?

A

They are very similar and can be roughly group together as they involve either physically, moving the performer or using mechanical aids.
For example: the coach supporting the movement through physical touch or using armbands
Allows the performer to produce the required movement when they may have not been able to do it by themselves
