-skin dimpling
-ill defined borders
-Fixed
-Skin or nipple retraction
-Axillary lymphadenopathy

Female Breast Carcinoma
-Hard mass
-ill defined borders
-beneath the nipple or areolar
-Fixation of mass to skin or chest wall
-Gynecomastia
Male Breast Carcinoma
-Unilateral
-Serous or serosanguineous discharge from a single duct
Nipple Discharge
-menstrual bleeding of abnormal quantity, duration, or schedule
-May have painful menstrual cramping
-May be asymptomatic or spotting
-Pregnancy should be ruled out as a cause
Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
-Bloating
-Breast pain
-Ankle swelling
-A sense of increased weight
-Skin disorders
-Irritability
-Aggressiveness

Pre-menstrual Dysphoric Disorder
-Vaginal irritation

Vaginitis

-red macular lesions on the cervix
Trichomonas vaginalis
-fishy odor

Bacterial Vaginosis
-Pruitis
-Vulvovaginal erythema
-White curd like discharge NOT malodorous
-recent use of antibiotics
Vulvovaginal Candidiasis
-Periodic painful swelling on either side of the vaginal opening
-Dyspareunia (pain during sex)
-Fluctuant swelling to the labia
-1-4cm in diameter
-Tenderness
-Purulent drainage
-Caused by trauma or infection
Bartholin’s gland abscess
-No specific signs or symptoms
-Presumptive diagnosis is made by an abnormal PAP Smear
Cervical Dysplasia
-Pelvic pain and pressure
-irregular enlargement of the uterus
-heavy or irregular vaginal bleeding
-dysmenorrhea
-round, firm, often multiple uterine tumor
-Frequently asymptomatic
-Abnormal uterine bleeding
Fibroid Tumor
-chronic pelvic pain may begin before and extend several days into menstrual cycle

-Menstrual disorders (amenorrhea to menorrhagia)
-Chronic anovulation
-Hirsutism
-Obesity
-Infertility
-Acne
-Insulin resistance
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
-Amenorrhea
-irregular bleeding and spotting
-pelvic pain
-adnexal tenderness and mass
-Severe lower quadrant pain
-Sudden in onset
-Unilateral pelvic pain
-Stabbing
-Intermittent
-Does not radiate
-Backache
-Vaginal bleeding
-Hx of infertility
Ectopic pregnancy
-Nursing mother
-Engorged breast
-Sore or fissured nipple
-Unilateral cellulitis
-Erythema, edema, and tenderness of the breast
-Fever and chills
Mastitis
-Sudden unilateral adnexal tenderness
-constant pain with NO bleeding
-May develop after episodes of exertion or athletics
-Possible palpable adnexal ma
