106) Why is it important as a nurse to monitor a client’s urine output? What would be considered a “normal” hourly urine output?
Not enough urine means kidneys are no longer able to maintain adequate filtering of waste.
Normal urine output: 60 ml/hr or 1ml/kg/hr
