-weight doubles @ 5-6mo., triples @ 12 mo., quadruples @ 24 mo.
-3-4 mo.= can roll back to side
5mo. rolls abdomen to back
6 mo= back to abdomen, 7-8mo.= sit alone
-8-9 mo. = crawls
12-14 mo= walking
-object permanence (4-8 mo)
-babbling(6 mo)
Shyness (6-7 mo), Separation Anxiety (9mo)

common until 6 months
Nutrition: infancy
-breastmilk for first 6 months (siron supplements at 4 months)
-no honey in first year=botulism
fruit juices after 6 mo.= 4-6 oz

-finger foods at 9 mo.
Colic
abdominal pain manifested by loud crying and drawing legs to the chest

12-36 months
-negativism, ritualistic, egocentric, actions can hurt others by 3, imitate behaviors, temper tantrums
