Describe your branch’s current marketing plan and how you measure its effectiveness?

A

We’re currently standing at 80% in order to maintain it. We make sure we’re answering our phones, we’re calling in yellow cars, targeting account, building relationships, making sure they chose us only, and having a yes mentality.

By doing so we do 4 boss logs daily and we keep each other accountable printing the accounts and posting them on the wall. Making sure we hit every account by the end of the day.

What is your biggest marketing accomplishment threw Enterprise Holdings? Describe achieved this success.

A

STAR
Situation: Speaking to an account that wouldn’t sent us business.

Task: While talking to the Nicole which is the head of the account. I made sure to listen to her problem which was not answering the phones,

Action: I apologize to Nichole and explained to Nichole our phone weren’t working.

Result was that I was able to get her referrals threw Nicole and received her personal number for business

Tell me about an account that would not meet with you initially and your tactic for addressing that account?

A

Situation: The account at pro color which is Nichole had a hard time acknowledging my ARX deliveries.

Task: I made sure to acknowledge Nichole by getting to know her.

Action: I made sure to stop by with some candy and ask the three critical questions.

Result: After hearing her feedback Nichole begin to trust me.

A

I see us growing in building relationships with our accounts, yes mentality, answering our phones, making sure were marketing and making sure we’re calling yellow cars.

I see the branch isn’t marketing as much I would in corporate marketing twice a month with treats. My branch is at 80% with our logs and the highest in the region with the most logs. Posting the marketing grids on the board. Make sure we profess this in our huttles twice a day.
