Gabby has been my greatest impact at enterprise proving her top performance at daily trucks while balancing life. Gabby has shown great effort in being the top marketing employee closing big sales while managing personal matters

Provide an example of a time u railed ur team around a goal and successfully motivated them?

A

An example I railed my team to increase IRATE and managed to achieve it when I ran the front counter, my branch was standing at a 31 and when I finished running the front I maximize IRATE by 41 with good standard. By doing so I made sure to have great communication in the front end and in the back end I made sure to set my team to success by having them role play in the morning to increase irate. As a result we got Gold standard by role playing, shadowing and following up

Who is ur best employee or co worker development success story? Do u think that person would’ve have been successful on his own? How did u contribute to that employee success?

A

My best employee I helped develop was Wendy from another area with her MQI test. I don’t think Wendy would pass her MQI without me because she struggled understanding the material the first time she took her test and failed it. I contributed by talking to her over the phone in answering the questions and explaining the importance of each questionnaire.

Name two people who u helped develop, how did u train them?

A

I developed Jovanny and Kyle with there sales. By doing so I would have morning role plays, and shadow with them then follow up by the end of the day. I would view there open ticket reports as a result we all great listed even the assistance

How did u create a team oriented atmosphere in ur branch

A

I creat a team oriented by having structure, get to know my team and be coachable

For example, when I run the front I make sure to delegate nicely and respectful keeping every transaction equal with every cx. When I ask my employees to do a show out I make sure I’m aware of placements and lunches before delegating

How do u motivate different types of employee? How do u provide examples

A

I make time to get to know my employee before motivating my employees. I got a new employee Rima and I noticed she didn’t like when I would tell her what to do when I would run the front. One day, I asked her for feedback while listening to Rima I noticed she likes to be given orders very nicely and calmly. Ever since I watched my tone when I would ask her kindly to do a shoutout. Result Rima and me learned to work as a team

Tell me about an employee who was not engaged with the rest of the team. What was the situation? How did u approach it?

A

I noticed Edd didn’t really engaged in receiving orders he always had attitude. Getting to know Edd before delegating helped me have eddie as my right hand. As a result when delegating to Edd, edd would do his duties more quiver and gave me no attitude.

A

I noticed Dom was walking tickets without any add rev. I asked her what was going on. Then, I begin to shadow her sales, role play every morning and follow up every day after work going over her sale reports. As result, I manage to have her top half after giving her the attention she needed.
