o Respond in writing within 10 days from the date of the meeting

appeal to the department director within 10 days of receipt of the response in step two
o Department director or designee will meet with employee within 10 days
• Notify the employee 24 hours prior to the meeting
o Department director or designee will respond within 10 days
If the Union requests Arbitration / the Director will __________
