Any crime committed against the enviroment

Outline the notion of green criminology according to white
Rob White believes that any act that causes harm should be considered criminal. This is called zeminology which literally means the study of harms. White believes by moving away from th legal definition of crime we are able to distinguish a global perspective on environmental harm
What are the two views of criminology in terms of the enviroment?
Traditional criminology refers to behaviour that is law breaking so if pollution is legal the act of which is legal also.
Green criminology regards any hard causes to humans on the enviroment
