Allows us measure and track lots of different aspects of online customer behaviour to help us make more informed decisions about how to target new and existing customers

What is a session on GA?
A period of user activity on a website when a user navigates to a web page with tracker code.

o Help us to better understand characteristics of users

o Can inform decisions around marketing strategy
o Identify untapped markets, with high interest but low volume (raise awareness through advertising)
