15g (150 mL) IV

Repeated at 10g (100 mL) boluses every 5 min until BGL >4.0 mmol/L

0.25g/kg (2.5 mL/kg) IV

Repeated at 0.1g/kg (1 mL/kg) every 5 min until BGL >4.0 mmol/L
