Anthropology
The study of humanity in the widest possible sense from the earliest times to the present. Includes cultural and physical anthropology and archaeology
Archaeology
The study of extinct human societies using material remains
Causes
events that force people to make decisions about how they deal with new situations
Classification
The ordering of archaeological data into groups and classes using various ordering systems
Context
The position of an archaeological finds in time and space established by measuring and assessing its location
Culture
A set of designs for living: routines, rituals, restrictions, rules and laws
Deduction
The process of reasoning that involves testing generalisations by generating a hypothesis
Demography
The study of population
Ethnography
A descriptive study or examination of culture
Ideology
The knowledge of the least developed by human societies as part of the cultural adaptation
Interpretation
The study in research at which results in an offer logical analysis are synthesised and we attempt to explain the meaning
Palaeoanthropologist
An archaeologist who studies the archaeology is the earliest human beings
Palaeontology
The study of fossils or ancient bones
Pre-history
Millenia of human history proceeding written records
Site
Any place where objects, features or artefacts are found
