radical criminologists-global crimes are committed by the wealthy and powerful, may base them selves in countries with lower tax rates
fulfilment centres- have many warehouses in other countries, do not have to pay for country to live in

Globalisation has made it easier for elite groups and transnational corporations to move profits around the world to avoid taxation
How has global corporate crime: sweatshops, been caused by globalisation?
companies base factories in developing countries for low production costs. protection of workers laws are low.
Taylor- western companies switch production to developing countries means more unemployment in west- relative deprivation leads to domestic crime e.g.- Nike links to resentment

Hobbs and Dunningham- crimes increasingly “glocal”- based locally but more global connections. Growth of drugs in Afghanistan has made its way to the UK

trafficked for prostitution, forced labour etc. Easier due to the greater movement and travel around the world.

people may be recruited through media, may fly over the world to join organizations. ISIS use media to recruit memebers
