Route fo administration: Preferred tablet instead of injection: Preferred oral route instead of direct systemic circulation.
Limited traditional remedies for Older people.
Most people prefer short term course of medicines instead of long term.

Avoided long regimen and give simple regimen .i.e. OD or BD
Easier route of administration instead of Injection
Relationship with patients is importance.
Giving Blister packs for multiple dosage for patient who cannot remember many pills.
Give a good explanation about the medicine cause they might be frustrated while seeking for medical advice.
Improve health outcomes.
