Define Kabinett
a wine made form grapes picked during normal harvest; typically light in body , low in alcohol, and dry to off dry.
Define Spatlese
Spat = late, so wines harvested later than kabinett. They are fully ripened with great fruit intensity and slightly fuller than kabinett. they are dry to off dry
Define Auslese
Aus=select, made from very ripe grapes harvested in select bunches.
Define Beerenauslese
Beeren=berry, rare and costly wines made from hand selected berries, usually affected by botrytis
