Venous vein thrombosis; most closely assocaited with membranous glomerulonephropathy.
Diagnosis is achieved with a CT-angiogram

what is congenital megaureter?
A
dilation of the distal ureter without evidence of any obstruction
results from aperistalsis of the involved area
may remain asymptomatic; or can lead to development of hydro and renal failure
more common in males
