diagnostic criteria (FAMICS)

A

persistent and excessive anxiety and worry for at least 6 months that cause distress and functional impairment + min 3 out of 6 symp:

Fatigue: how was your energy level?

Arousal state: when u r anxious, were u feeling restless/on the edge, increased vigilance,easily startled n experience ANS symp( palpitation n etc)

Muscle tension: when u r anxious, were u having freq headaches,neck or back pain?

Irritability:when u r anxious,were u feeling more irritable than normal n lose your temper often?

Concentration: when anxious, any difficulty focusing on tasks/ concentrate.could u read or watch TV?

Sleep prob:when anxious, how was your sleep
