A

Investigations:
ABPI
CT/ XRAY Angiography
Doppler ultrasound
MRA
Bloods- lipids, CRP, clotting factors, PT

Management:
Anticoagulants
BP-lowering meds
Diabetes management
Wound care
Diabetes management
Reduce cholesterol and stop smoking
Angioplasty- balloon stents to open vessel
Vascular reconstruction surgery
Amputation- last resort
