- Age of onset <16
- Arthritis (swelling or effusion, or presence of two or more of the following signs: limitation of ROM, tenderness or pain on motion, or increased heat) in one or more joints
- Duration: 6 weeks or longer
- Onset type defined in the first 6 months

- sJIA - Exclusion of other types
