- S wanted to remove them from my caseload effective immediately
- I was concerned about the impact on the student
- Compromise: for me to have a conversation with the student first, stating support
- My concerns were respected and addressed, and the escalation still happened since it is ethically essential for a student to be properly trained

- Comprehensive history to evaluate pt in their context rather than relying solely on normative data
