What is SIRS?
The presensce of two or more of the the ff conditions:
Temperature greater than 38° C (100.4° F) or less than 36° C (96.8° F).
Heart rate greater than 90 beats per minute.
Respiratory rate greater than 20 breaths per minute or PaCO 2 greater than 32mmHg.
White blood cell count greater than 12,000/mm 3 , less than 4000/mm 3 , or more than 10% immature (band) forms
Normal serum creatinine range?
0.6 to 1.3

1.3 to 2.1

285 - 295 mOsm/kg
