IBD intermediate risk -> 3 yearly colonoscopy

Post inflammatory polyps
Family history of colorectal cancer in a first degree relative aged 50 or over
IBD high risk -> yearly colonoscopy
Extensive colitis with moderate/severe active endoscopic/histological inflammation
