gaba and pregab - risk of resp depression. dose adjustmnets may be necessary in pt at higher risk e.g. (3)
with compromised respiratory function, respiratory or neurological disease, or renal impairment;
taking other CNS depressants (including opioid-containing medicines);
aged older than 65 years.

Avoid abrupt withdrawal (taper over at least 1 week).

cannabidiol and valproate interaction
Cannabidiol increases the risk of increased ALT concentrations when given with Valproate. Manufacturer advises avoid or adjust dose.
