Q

Steps of Binary Fission

A
  1. Replication of the circular DNA chromosomes and cell elongation occurs
    2) The two circular chromosomes migrate to either ends of the cell
    3) The cell membrane pinched in two and a septum forms along the middle of the cell, which extends and finally breaks in half to from the cells.

Q

Sexual reproduction in multicellular organisms

A

Cell reproduction is required for two reasons:
1) To make gametes like sperm and eggs
2) To allows the multiple divisions needed to create a multicellular organisms
