Basket Of Breadsticks
Ingredients - Breadsticks, Garlic
Measure - 6
Procedure - Fry for 45 - 60 sec. Drain in paprus plate. Use 8 point striped paper in a basket.

Measure - 10 oz
Fry for 4 1/2min.(use timer) Put in basket and 8 point striped paper.
Boneless Buffalo Wings
Ingredients - Chicken wings Boneless Pre breaded 10 oz, Choice of Sauce 3 oz, Dressing Bleu Cheese or Ranch 1 1/4, Celery Sticks 4” 4ea, Towelette, Moist 1ea,
Fry for 3 min. until brown. 165º for 15sec. Drain in papus plate.Toss in cambro - BBQ, Galic Parm, Bufalo, Inferno or Captain Morgan Rum. Rectangular platter / ramekin.
Buffalo Wings
Ingredients - Buffalo wings cooked 10ea (5 drummies & 5 flats), choice of sauce 2 oz, dressing bleu cheese o ranch 1 1/4, celery sticks 4”, towelette, moist 1ea.
Fry for 3 min until brown 165º for 15 sec. Rectangular platter / ramekin.
Caesar Salad (Carte)
Ingredients - Plastic bag 1ea, Lettuce, romaine, chopped, dressing caesar vinaigrette 1 oz, cheese parmesan Romano blend 1 tbs, croutons 2 tbs, tomatoes, grape halves 2 tbs, cheese parmesan shaved 1 1/2 tsp, breadsticks, garlic 1 ea,
I bag combine lettuce, dressing parmesan/Romano cheese and croutons. Shake gently. Put in service bowl.add grape tomato, & parmesan over salad. Add bread stick to side of bowl.
Cajun Fried Onions
Ingredients - Onions Cajun Fried 20oz, Fry for 1 1/2 min until golden brown. Hold in 1/3 pan with drain insert.
Chicken Fingers (PB)
Ingredients - chicken fingers, pre breaded, 5 ea, fries 4 oz, dressing, honey mustard 1 1/4oz, parsley, chopped 1/16” 1tsp. Fry for 31/2 min until brown. Internal temp. of 165º for 115sec. drain on papus plate. Arrange 3:00 to 6:00. Fries 9:00. Parsley. 1tsp

Ingredients - Chicken,Fingers, pre breaded 3ea, basket liner, striped, dressing, honey mustard 11/4oz, choice sides, kids 1ea, drink, kids 10oz. Fry for 3 1/2 min. until brown. Internal temp. 165º 15sec ramain on papus atel 8 point striped paper, line basket. chicken 6:00 ramekin 3:00

Crispy Green Bean Fries
Ingredients - Beans, green crusted 9oz, dressing, cucumber wasabi ranch 1 1/4. Fry for 1 1/2min until brown, shake basket 1st 10sec, drain in papus plate. Put on rectangular platter with ramekin.
Fried Mozzarella
Ingredients - Cheese, mozzarella, breaded planks 6ea, Marinara, hot 1 1/4oz, parsley,chopped 1/2tsp.
Fry until cheese starts to ooze. Drain on paprus plate Put ramekin in center of plate. 3 cheese on each side. Parsley garnish.
Jack Daniel’s Sampler (PB)
Ingredients - Fry Chicken pre breaded china cut 7 1/2 oz, Coat in Jack Daniel’s Glaze 3 oz, put chicken on lettuce, and cabbage 1/2 cup, Garnish with sesame and parsley. 1/2 Rib., 6 Shrimp

Ingredients - Potato skins fry ~4 1/2 min. 10, place on pizza paddle and season with fry salt, cover with Colby cheese 1cup and bacon Bits 1/4 cup, melt cheese in cheese melter, place ramekin of sour cream in middle of plate and garnish with onions. Place potato skins around plate

Ingredients - potato skins 6ea, fry for 41/2 mins.Place on pizza paddle and season with fry salt, cover with Colby cheese 1cup and bacon Bits 1/4 cup, melt cheese in cheese melter, place ramekin of sour cream in middle of service platter and garnish with onions. Place 3 potato skins on each side of plate.
Parmesan Steak Fries
Ingredients - Potato steak fries 5 ea., fry for 6 min place in small bowl and mix fry salt add sauce garlic parmesan 1 tbs., cheese parmesan 1 tbs,parsley 1/2tsp, and toss. serve on plate as side.
Pick Three - For - All
Ingredients - Chicken wings, or boneless pre breaded 8oz,fry for 3 mins. Toss wings with sauce in cambro, BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo, Inferno (scorching hot)or Jack Daniels Glaze, 2oz, skins 4,fry for 41/2 mins.Place on pizza paddle and season with fry salt, cover with Colby cheese 1cup and bacon Bits 1/4 cup, melt cheese in cheese melter serve with sour cream

Ingredients - Pot stickers 4,Micro wave for 30sec, sauté in pan flat side down, cook until golden brown, pot sticker sauce 1 1/4oz heat for 10sec in microwave. Place pot stickers on lettuce iceberg, cabbage red 1/2 cup ea. brown side up. Other choice of 2, Mozzarella 4 with Marinara 11/4, or Green Beans Crusted 4 1/4oz. with dressing cucumber wasabi ranch.
Potato Chips Batch
Ingredients - Potato chip ?oz, Fry for 3 min. until brown shake for 1st 10 sec to prevent crumping, Salt table 3/4 tsp. in mixing bowl.
Sesame Jack Chicken Strips (PB)
Ingredients - Chicken pre-breaded china cut 7 1/2oz, fry~ 3 1/2 min. Toss in cambro with JD glaze until coated. Place ramekin of JD glaze 1 1/4 on end of plate. Place chicken on lettuce / cabbage mix 1/2 cup. Garnish with sesame jack seasoning and chopped palsley.
Shrimp Friday’s (PB)
Ingredients - Shrimp, pre-breaded 12 ea., fry for ~ 3 min. until golden. Place fries on top of of service plate, Place lemon & ramekin of cocktail sauce 1 1/4oz at 12:00. Place fries across front half of service plate. Evenly distribute shrimp on top of fries.

Ingredients - Tortilla, Corn stri
Warm Pretzels With Beer Cheese Sauce
Ingredients - Pretzel Sticks 4ea, fry and cover with basket, Cook for 60 sec. Brush with garlic maison butter 1Tbp, sprinkle with pretzel salt 1/4 tsp, Garnish with 1tsp basil, Beer cheese sauce in bouillon cup 4 oz heat 20 sec in microwave, garnish with 1/3 bacon crumbled and green onions 1Tbs.
