Citizens choose the government by voting in fair and free elections. This means that the citizens of the country of power
What is direct democracy?
All citizens directly participate in this decision making of the government. This means that it is only possible in a small country with a few people living there.
What is indirect democracy?
Citizens elect representatives which will make decisions for them and propose and enact laws for the country

The citizens have power
Voting is free and fair
The rule of law is applied
Independence of judiciary the is assured.
Everybody has human rights, equality and freedom
What is the impact of democracy on Namibia?
People don’t care if they steel or do something wrong.
