What is the method for the forestry step test?
Perform short warm up then stand facing bench and step onto bench. Start the stopwatch the keep stepping up and down on the bench to the beat of the metronome. Keep legs straight on bench. Do for 5 minutes then immediately sit down on bench then locate pulse. Measure pulse for 15 seconds.

Aerobic Endurance

Can be boring/repetitive
