Insertion: dorsal aspect of base of third meracarpal

Origin: lateral supra-epicondyle ridge of humerus
Insertion:dorsal aspect of base of second metacarpal
Nerve: radial (C6-7)
Extensor digitorum
Origin: Lateral epicondyle of humerus
Insertion: extensor expansion of medial four fingers
Extensor digiti minimi
Origin: lateral epicondyle of humerus
Insertion: extensor expansion of 5th finger
Nerve: posterior interosseous nerve (c7-8), continuation of deep branch of radial nerve
Extensor carpi ulnaris
Origin: lateral epicondyle of humerus, posterior border of ulna via a shared aponeurosis
Insertion: dorsal aspect of base of 5th metacarpal
Extensor indicis
Origin: posterior surface of distal third of ulna and interosseous membrane
Insertion: extensor expansion of 2nd finger
Flexor carpi radialis
Origin: Medial epicondyle
Insertion: base of 2nd(3rd) metacarpal
Palmaris lungus
Origin: medial epicondyle
Insertion: distal half of flexor reticulum, palmar aponeurosis
Flexor carpi ulnaris: humeral head
Ulnar head
Origin: Olecranon and posterior border of ulna (via aponeurosis)
Insertion: pisiform, hook of hamate, 5th metacarpal
Flexor digitorum superficialis
Origin: humero-ulnar head: medial epicondyle of humerus and coronoid process of ulna.
Radial head: oblique line of radius.
Insertion: shafts (bodies) of middle phalanges of medial four digit.
Flexor digitorum profundus
Origin: proximal three quarters of medial and anterior surfaces of ulna and interosseous membrane.
Insertion: bases of distal phalanges of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th digits.
Pronator quadratus
Origin: Distal quarter of anterior surface of ulna.
Insertion: distal quarter of anterior surface of radius
