grasp heel with one hand and grasp talus/dorusm of foot with the other.
maintrain traction on calcaneus and articulate inversion and eversion with a figure 8 maneuver until no new restrictive barrier.
How do you treat everted cuboid with plantar glide, inverted navicular with plantar glide, cuneiform plantar glide with muscle energy?
make an X with one finger pad on cuboid and other on navicular with separating force.
ask them to push foot into your thumbs
What are the most common SDs associated with the cuboid and navicular bones?
plantar flexion.
