16
Q

How do you tell difference between lateral foot and lateral ankle x ray?

A

Ankle jt is mostly closed in lateral foot

17
Q

How are zone 1,2,3 fractures of the 5th MT managed?

A

Zone 1 and 2: mostly heal well conservatively with boot/ortho shoe WBAT

Zone 3: NWB and immobilisation - often need surgery due to poor bloody supply

18
Q

What is a March fracture ?

A

Stress fracture in MT neck, commonly in 3-4th
