What is a consumer?

Microorganisms that can break down larger molecules into smaller parts.they return the nutrients from the living thing to the soil.

An animal that only eats meat.
What is a herbivore?
An animal that only eats plants.
What is an omnivore?
An animal that eats both plants and animals.

An animal that doesn’t kill it’s food but eats meat that is already dead.

An animal that kills animals to get its food.
What is prey?
An animal that is hunted for food.

A path in which energy flows form one living thing to another.
What is a food web?
Many food chains linked together.
What is an ecosystem?
Includes all living and non-living things in an environment.
What is abiotic?
Non living things in an environment.
What is biotic?
Living things in an environment.
