Obesity and heart disease
What are the functions of fibre?
It prevents constipations and reduces the risk of bowel cancer, cholesterol and diabetes

Emulsion test

Clear to white
What is the function of Vitamin C?
For healthy skin and gums
What is the deficiency disease for lack of Vitamin C?
Scurvy

For strong teeth and bones
