Q

Radial cross check

A

Move by way of the attitude indicator

Begin with attitude indicator, scan an instrument, then back to the attitude indicator before moving to another

Q

Cross check errors

A

Fixation - staring at a single instrument. Eliminates cross check for other instruments

Omission - omitting and instrument from the crosscheck. May be cause by failure to anticipate major instrument indications following attitude changes

Emphasis - putting emphasis on a single instrument
