How many end zones are there and how long are they?
There are two and they are 10 yards long.
what are the rules for jerseys?
Jerseys need to be long enough so they remain tucked in the pants/shorts during the entire down or short enough so there is a minimum of 4β from the bottom of the jersey to the players waistline.
Are you allowed metal cleats in flag football?
Nah
What are the rules around headgear?
No headgear containing any hard, unyielding or steal material including billed hats.
What are some other rules regarding clothing/equipment?
No towels attached at the playerβs waist. No pads or braces worn above the waist. All pockets must be taped shut.
