Describe the over and back rule
Offensive team is not allowed to return the ball back-court after the ball has crossed the centre line

What are violations
Violations are infractions in which the offending team losses possession of the ball.
Describe travelling
Lifting or dribbling the pivot foot and placing it back down again while the ball is held. Also, taking more than two steps without dribbling the ball.

Stopping a dribble, controlling the ball and starting the dribble again.

Player with the ball fails to dribble, shoot, or pass the ball within 5 seconds

Offensive team must advance the ball over the centre within 10 seconds of gaining possession
Describe the 30 seconds violation rule thing
Offensive team must attempt to score a basket within 30 seconds of gaining possession of the ball

Describe a bonus foul.
When a team has accumulated at least 5 fouls against them in a quarter. All fouls from then on will result in two free throws for the opposing team. Team fouls are cleared for the next quarter. That means they start at zero again
