Explosive power-
A lack of explosive power can limit a dancer’s ability to perform dynamic, high-energy movements effectively.

This was evident in his barrel turn where the movement lacked height and force, making it appear less impactful.

This decreased the overall performance quality

How is speed and reaction time a weakness

A

Speed and reaction time-
Delays in reaction time and movement execution can negative impact performance and synchronisation.

This was noticeable when he was behind in timing during the pyramid and when positioned at the back.

Falling out of sync with the group disrupts the visual cohesion of the routine, making formations appear messy.

This could be due to slow reaction time or lack of focus on musical cues- perhaps from fatigue.

How was body awareness a weakness

(positioning, uneven formations, not enough rehearsal> over arousal?

A

Body awareness- Limited body awareness can affect a dancer’s ability to maintain accurate positioning within a routine.

This was apparent as his spacing was inconsistent. If a dancer is unaware of their alignment, formations can look uneven reducing the overall quality in performance.

This could be due to a lack of spatial awareness or not enough rehearsal in positioning to ensure it becomes muscle memory
