Why was power a strength

Power- the ability to exert force quickly which is essential in street dance for dynamic ad explosive movements.
This allowed the dancer to have good height in some of his jumps and efficiency with his floor work.
Locking and popping requires a dancer to be able to use their arms quickly into different shapes requiring enough power to execute them effectively.
This enhances the visual effect of performance making the choreography more engaging and dynamic
Why is agility a strength
(def, footwork, performance qualiy)
Agility- he ability to change directions at speed.
In street dance this is crucial for executing fast footwork, transitions and complex movement patterns.
The dancer had agility in his performance and was able to execute good quality movements.
Why is a coordination a strength
(def, in street dance…., effect on performance, combining upper and lower body movements)
Coordination- the ability to synchronise different body parts in smooth controlled movements.
In street dance, strong coordination is vital for executing the locking style of dance in this performance and to maintain fluidity when combining upper body and lower body movements while staying in time with the music
