Forestry Step Test
Step on and off a 40cm / 33cm bench in time with a metronome beep. Do this for 5 minutes then wait 15 seconds and then tests HR for 15 seconds.
1 Minute Sit Up Test
Preform warm up then lie flat on mat then cross your arms over your chest. sit up to 90 degrees then back down as many times as possible for 1 minute.
1 Minute Press Up Test
Preform warm up then lie flat on your stomach. Lift your self up then back down without touching the floor with anything but your hands and feet. Do this as many times in a minute.
Sit And Reach Test
Sit against a box with feet rested against it then reach as far as you can. Do this 3 times and record your best score.
Vertical Jump Test
Preform warm up then stand strongest side against wall. Feet together reach up to record height. Then bend legs and jump as high as possible then record distance to where you hit wall.
