Muscular Strength

Muscular Endurance
The ability of the muscular system to work efficiently, to continue contracting over a period of time.
Aerobic Endurance
The ability of the cardio-respiratory system to work efficiently. Supplying nutrients and oxygen to muscles during exercise.
Flexibility
Having a good range of motion in joints of the body, and being able to move them fluidly.
Speed
Distance divided by time, then measured in m/s. The faster he or she runs over a distance, the greater their speed.
Body Composition
The relative ratio of mass to fat free mass in the body.
Reaction Time
Time took for performers to respond to a stimulus and initiation of their response.
Balance
Ability to maintain centre of mass over a base of support.
Co-odinaton
Smooth flow of movement needed to preform a mortar task efficiently and accurately.
Power
Strength and power expresses as work is completed in a period of time.
Agility
Ability for a performer to quickly and presciently move and change direction without losing balance or time.
