The amount of force a muscle can exert in a contraction
Muscular Endurance
The ability to sustain an activity without fatigue
Flexibility
The range of motion around a joint
Body Composition
The amount of body fat compared to muscle and bones
Muscular Power
The ability to do strength work at speed; explosive set with maximal force
Speed
The ability to move from one point to another quickly
Coordination
The ability to execute skills smoothly and efficiently
Balance
The ability to maintain equilibrium when stationary or moving
Reaction time
The amount of time from receiving a stimulus to starting a response
