What is Cardiovascular Endurance and provide an example
Definition: How well your heart and lungs can supply oxygen you need while exercising at a medium to high intensity
Example: Beep test
What is Muscular Strength and provide an example
Definition: Maximal amount of force that muscles can generate at one time
Example: 1 rep of heavy deadlift
What is Muscular Endurance and provide an example
Definition: Ability to continue contracting a muscle
Example: Amount of pushups you can do
What is Flexibility and provide an example
Definition: The ability to move/bend
Example: Sit and reach test
What is Body composition and provide an example
Definition: Percentage of fat, muscle, bone, and tissues that make up the body
Example: Body mass index test (BMI test)
