Speed
The ability to move a body part quickly.
Agility
Ability to change directions quickly.
Balance
Ability to keep your centre of mass above the base of support
Coordination
Ability to move your body parts smoothly and accurately in response to your sense
Reaction Time
How quickly you respond to a stimuli
Timing
Ability to act at he optimum moment
Power
Maximum force by muscles in a single contraction
