How do you calculate the Target Heart Range? (Read THOROUGHLY)
A
- Subtract age by 220 (220-13 = 207)
- Multiply the number by 0.8 to find 80% of your maximum heart rate (207x0.8 = 165.5)
- Multiply the MHR by 0.6 to find 60% of your maximum heart rate (207x0.6= 124.2)
- 124.2 - 165.5 is your Target Heart Rate!
